I bought this shoe (neil cognac) IN 2005 and i still have it! It must sell very well since it is 09 and CK continues to make it. It is a fashionable classic shoe, looks very nice with jeans or dress pants. The shoe IS hard to break in, I must admit the first times i used them i was in pain. I ordered my usual size and it does run a bit wide, which eventually was a better choice because I was able to put in a thin insole for comfort, or in cold weather take the insole out and wear a little bit thicker sock. Great for airplane travel since it is a slip-on. Just last week I got compliments on them, people really like the color. All in all it was worth the price tag!!

I purchased the Cognac back in 2008. I still wear them, though admittedly they are beat up. They are versatile shoes that go great with jeans and a button-up or nice sweater or with a suit.
I wanted to snag a pair of the low-finish black ones but haven't done so yet. Amazon had these as a lightening deal in Dec 2011, and I snagged two pair of the cognacs for the same price I paid for the original pair--I should be set for 3-5 years now. These are obviously great shoes if they are still selling the same "model" after several years on the market.
All I can say is that I hope they're still making this shoe when I wear out the two pair I just bought.

Very comfortable to wear, however took longer to break in because of the more rigid sole, also a little noisy during the break in period. Other that, these black CK are my favorite shoes, which I wear with formal clothes only. Nice contemporary low shine finish.

Classic style, nice leather, very comfortable. Make sure to order 1/2 size down as this shoe runs a bit large. This shoe is great because it is so versatile, you can wear with jeans or a suit.

Would recommeend these shoes!!!! My husband loves them there are very comfortable he said. If they had more colors in his size I would of ordered another pair.
