I am an exact size 7 and these run small, so a size 8 fits perfectly. One benefit that is not advertised is these are non-slip. When you step in the water, the soles of your feet do not slip and slide on the sandal, which is great if you are in/out of the water often. I get out on the boat ramp in several feet of water to steady our boat, and won't loose my footing. The price is significantly less than the high-end sporting good store in San Diego, so worthwhile to order from Amazon.

These are great! I bought my first pair of Cobian's ever while vacationing in St. Kitts. They are the most comfortable flip flops ever! They have great arch support and are good value for the money. I will continue to buy Cobian products.

These flip flops are great! This is the 3rd pair of these flip flops that Ive owned- wore the other ones out! They are soft on the feet and inbtween your toes :) Thumbs up!!!

I have had my pair of black Cobian Nias since September 2010 and this week ordered a replacement which will be just perfect! My current pair just had the strap pull out of the sole, but they have been well worn for the past 18+ months. They are so soft and comfortable but I did find I needed to stretch them some. I usually wear an 8.5 to 9 in shoes and ordered these in a 9 (B). At first the straps were a little tight, but after a couple of wears, they stretched some and were perfect. (Sort of like Rainbows with a break in period but for me it was short, and wearing them in water, like for a shower one day, helps a lot.) I have worn these dressed up for a warm-weather wedding and also to work or just out and about. Never had a problem with blisters even with walking long distances. My daughter loves the zoo and walking around there has never been an issue- my feet are always comfortable and the arch support is wonderful!

She absolutely loves these sandals. With summer coming soon, I know she'll be wearing them almost exclusively. She's really impressed with the arch support that leads to more comfortable, long periods of wear.
