 Great Shoe - Not So Great On Wear and Tear! Feb 03, 2009

This is a great shoe, but doesn't have much of a life. It's amazingly comfortable, but after only a few times wearing them, the lacing along the top began to unravel. The only way to stop the entire top of the shoe from coming apart, was to tie a knot in the lacing, and hope for the best. This is disappointing, because the shoe is so easy on your feet. They are a great casual shoe, and they're good looking; but be aware that as good as they look when you get them, they won't last long. Don't be taken in by the fact that they are made by DC; it just shows that not all their shoes are manufactured with the same high quality as say, their board shoes. All in all, a good shoe; but not one to plan on having for very long. I'm not sure they're worth the price for the life span you get out of them. Buyer Beware!!!

I purchased these for my 15-year-old son for Christmas. The biggest size they had was a 13 and, although he wears a 14 normally, I bought them hoping they might run large. They fit him and he says they are ultra comfortable. They are made very well also. Great product.

They were for my husband, he loves them. So do I. They are so comfortable I have to check his feet before he leaves for work to make sure he's not wearing them.

i have about 6 pairs of these shoes in all different colors and these are another wonderful addition to my collection. incredibly comfortable!

there really comfy and look cool but seriously these are not the skate shoes and i definitely wouldn't run to hard in them they'll probably slip off but other than that 5 stars for comfy and looking cool they have a nice frame on them don't buy the castros there literally something out of cuba lol not good and i didn't buy these to skate they just look like cool man shoes lol
