Fantastic shoe Jun 20, 2010 I bought these on recommendation of a colleague. I had to get used to the look, since I've been a penny loafer/wingtip guy from high school. But the comfort is unbelievable. I had plantar faciitus for a year. Started wearing these and within couple of months it was gone, even when wearing other shoes. The only problem is that my wife says they look horrible with shorts. I wear them every day to work, except when a suit requires the wingtips. I guess if I was brave the black with my suits...

Dansko's star Apr 15, 2009 These shoes are comfortable, good for my back, and durable. I have used other Dansko shoes with less than stellar reslults per durability. Also Dansko does not, in my experience, stand by their products if their is unusual wear and durability problems. These shoes, their clogs, are fantastic, wear well, provide excellent support for long days of standing in an active office environment. Wow! I only gave these a 4 because of their customer service has been poor with their other shoes. If you buy Dansko's buy these and I don't feel safe recommending any of their other types of shoes.

Fantastic winter boots Feb 12, 2009 I looked all over for Columbia, Sorels, Kamik, Keen winter boots that actually had an arch support for wearing indoors and out, and these more than fit the bill. Service and shipping great also.

Snow Motion - Snow Job??? Feb 03, 2009 Used then the first time last weekend, after breaking them in at home, standing in the snow for a couple of hours. Wore liners and socks and still had to use toe warmers to keep the toes warm. They are true to size, but tend to hold you a little close. It may have been better to order wide width (if available) to compensate for bulkier socks. Not going to judge by just one wearing, and will try again with a different combination of socks, so as to be fair. They are supposed to be insulated, and waterproof. Waterproof,so fat. I am working on the insulated part.
