great but size is not accurate Dec 30, 2007

i got these for my daughter for her christmas. she loves them a lot. the only problem and I caution other parents is that please buy a whole size larger. my daughter wears size three sometimes three and a half and I bought a four thinking that it would have been big enough but surprise surprise, it was tight. she is able to use them, but they squeeze. now the problem is that she loves them so much that she prefers the squeeze than ever thinking of me returning them to get another.
but, safe buy, lovely shoes just adjust the size.

The main reason for buying heelys vs. cheaper versions is safety. However, another GREAT reason for buying the heelys version is for the tool to remove the wheels and the hole covers. The hole covers keep space clear of rocks thus making them SAFE when you put the wheels back in - no rocks, no tears, etc. SOOO - now, we are removing the wheel cover and the tool from the box before selling them? My kids, as I'm sure most other kids, are not allowed wheeled shoes at school - HOWEVER when you spend the money to buy heelys - your kid should be able to where them places that don't allow wheeled shoes because you CAN remove the wheels. Thanks for sending a defective product and way to change the product info. after enough people complained! On another note - yes, my kids like the shoes but the 2 wheels make it more difficult to walk. I reccomend getting the one wheel pair that comes with the proper tools and covers.

My daughter loves these, and wears them wherever they are allowed. Couldn't be better for the grocery store! Cute, sturdy, and fun!

I ordered a pair for my daughter for her birthday, i read the reviews and followed suit and ordered a size 3 when she wears a 2. but imagine my shock when they came and i opened the box to find a size 4. My daughter who was scheduled to travel now cannot take her shoes with her because amazon and the supplier are currently playing the blame game. Will give an update when the matter has been resolved.

My daughter loves her Heelys. She only fell once learning how to balance on them. They seem to be holding up well. Other than being over-priced, they made a great gift.
