Very Cute Shoes, Very Poor Quality Nov 21, 2007
By Leah B. Parrott I love these shoes! They are cute, comfortable, and I get compliments every time I wear them. Unfortunately, the quality is terrible. After the second wearing, the "patent leather" began flaking off. The trend has continued and a good bit of the "patent leather" has flaked off the sides. I am sad, but I still wear them, they're too cute not to!

Cute flats. Nov 01, 2009
By Frances Morabito These are really cute ballet flats. They are quite comfortable. I have seen some reviews saying that they run a little small but I got my normal size and they are fine but I can't wear even a thin sock with them. One flaw is that when I take them off the inner sole keeps coming out and I have to put it back in.

Comfortable Aug 17, 2007

These shoes are comfortale and look good with everything. They don't have much support for long walking, so avoid it. They are a nice little ballet flat. Order a half size up, they run small.

My go-to shoe! Apr 21, 2012
By Kei-chan Let me start by saying that I own a ridiculous amount of black flats. They are such a no-brainer...I wear them with everything! Not "pretty much everything." EVERYTHING. Even though my closet is overflowing with black flats, none of my bajillion pairs compares to this simple snipped-toe flat! The sole is flexible and comfortable, the black leather is of nice quality, and the pleats and bow at the front remind me a lot of ballerina pointe shoes. It's going to sound really weird, but I also love that this shoe does not squish my abnormally long second toes. I have long, skinny toes and the second toe, not the hallux, is my longest toe on both feet. This gives me a lot of grief especially when I want to wear flats that have a bit of stretchy elastic around the opening (like those folding flats by Yosi Samra and countless others)...as cute as they are, those elasticized flats are constantly pulling back on my second toe and inevitably become so painful I can barely make it through a full day of classes and tromping around my university campus.
Enter the Leve by Jessica Simpson. The toe box on these flats is just the ticket for my weird alien feet and I can wear these all day! Granted, they're not as comfortable or supportive as sneakers, but they're so ridiculously cute (to me, anyway) that I'll suck it up and deal. I've gone through two pairs already and will definitely buy more when this pair gives out on me. I'm almost inclined to start hoarding these in case they're ever discontinued (the horror!!). They're that good.

Not great Sep 27, 2009
By laspgh This shoe is pretty disappointing. It is not as cute as it looks in the picture (the toe of the shoe is much more square), and it has absolutely no support and the toe box pinches your toes. I would not recommend this shoe.
