not the most comfortable shoe ever... Jul 11, 2010

Ok, so it is a slip on, but it is not as comfortable as they make you think it is. Honestely, I've bought like 3 pair of shoes from amazon.com so far, and I'm not crazy about buying the 4th one. I think shoes are one of those things that you need to try them on first before you embark upon the adventure of just ordering by your shoe size. These shoes in particular are too uptight, know what I mean? They are flashy and all, but not comfortable enough to go the long haul. If someone is to "put themselves in your shoes", be corteous enough to offer them another pair that are not these.

These are my second pair of Kenneth Cole Reaction shoes, and I was really impressed. These comfortable shoes are an exciting change in pace from your typical laced oxfords and can be worn in most cases where those would be appropriate.
The silver buckle is a nice accent that will get your shoes noticed by everyone. I have worn these to class, work and even out for dinner or a visit to the club. I did have some issues with the lower seam coming undone after wearing them about 5 days a week for 6 months, but a shoe repair store was able to fix it up good as new. I have not experienced any problems with the leather cracking or defecting on these shoes.
There is also an identical model made by Unlisted (A Kenneth Cole Production), but be aware that while they look the same, they are slightly different. The Unlisted one does not have the padding inside like the Kenneth Cole Reaction one does. So, the Unlisted shoe will give you more room inside, but at the cost of some comfort. I own both, but now prefer the Kenneth Cole Reaction pair, which cost a little more, but was worth it in the end.
Really nice shoes, but be sure to check your Kenneth Cole Outlet if you live near one, you may be able to find there at a better price.

These shoes are looking fine but they are rather small and it is hard to get your feet in. Once your feet are in they feel nice. But, after a while the seam comes apart from the sole. This is because the shoes are rather small then normally. I would advise to buy a size bigger then usual to prevent the seam is coming apart.

A nice comfortable shoe. Looks great formal or casual. Seems to run a little on the small side. Is hard to put on, but once on it's fine.

Being a marketing major in college....I personally support Kenneth Cole for his genius idea of creating his company as a "Film Production"....
I love the style of the shoes, they fit well, and I can wear them at work and then out to the club at night.....however the seam where the leather meets the sole....has begun to come apart... but I wouldn't be necessarily quick to judge that it's the shoes fault...because I have had numerous shoes do this....due to my habit of standing on the sides of my feet....
