Nice Casuel Shoes with durable soles Aug 01, 2009

Good value for the price. I only dress business casual for work and wanted shoes that were in between dress and casual. These shoes almost met my expectations.
The shoes are fairly inexpensive for dress shoes, which was a plus. And the design looks even better once you actually see the shoes up close, (at least in black, did not purchase the tan), another plus. And perhaps most rewarding of all is that the soles are very durable. I despise most rubber soles on inexpensive dress shoes since they seem to wear so quickly. These shoes however, have shown no wear whatsoever. That says a great deal since a travel only by mass transit and walk 1-2 miles daily throughout the city streets & sidewalks.
The comfort is great though the shoes are more slender than they appear; so if you have wide feet be careful. Any foot width over 3.5-4" may be uncomfortable. They were a little constrictive on me at first by now are a perfect fit. I normally wear 10M US in Men's boots but in a few designers require a 10 or 11. My feet are about 11.5 inches long & I purchased the 10.5M US due to limited stock. The 10.5M is a perfect fit.
The downside to these shoes is that their appearance may be a little too casual. The leather is thin & attractive but the black is a dull. This makes them perfect for jeans and casual pants but for dress pants it's debatable and may require a non-gloss polish to win you over.
Nonetheless, these shoes are worth the purchase and I find they work great with my business wardrobe of dress slacks, just not my suit pants. Kenneth Cole Reaction product lines have won me over and I definitely will consider purchasing additional shoes from this brand first.

Excellent design Jun 30, 2009
By Hitesh Patel the shoes are very light weight and comfortable. I specifically ordered them for the unique style. goes great with jeans and can be worn even for dress. They aren't overly shiny like other shoes and so has a nice casual look to them. I initally thought I would need to by a larger size, but turns out the shoes are a perfect fit. Don't bother with trying to get a larger size, it will just be a waste of time to return them and get the normal size you wear. I would definitley recommend them to anyone who is looking for a nice style for casual look.
Nice shoe, but didn't fit Mar 15, 2011

I ordered the correct size, but this shoe is reminiscent of European style shoes: a long and narrow front that tapers down over the toes.
I have slightly wider foot. Other Kenneth Cole shoes have fit nicely, but this one squeezed the top of my foot and the top of my toes quite uncomfortably If you have long and thin feet, these would work.
