I bought these shoes to wear to a very formal event. I was wearing a little black dress and wanted a hit of color. I also wanted a fairly high heel, and a shoe stable enough that I could dance alot. This shoe seems more like a 3 inch heel (as opposed to the described 2-1/2 inch heel). I really like this shoe. I wore them for 5 hours and had no problems. Owing to the previous reviewers warning of the hard material, I did wear the shoes around the house a little bit prior to the event. Perhaps that is the trick. Anyway, I got compliments and they were just what I wanted - a fun, well-priced and well-made shoe. Love Naughty Monkey!

These are very cute NM shoes. I would recommend a size up on these shoes. They feel short in the toe area and I am normally an 8.5 shoe size and these shoes run small. These shoes get attention too. They are worth what I paid for them on amazon but I wouldn't pay the higher up prices like on other shoe websites.

I thought these shoes were cute and very different. I ordered the bronze pair. I found they felt small, so much so, I had to return them. The material is a bit tough. I have not reordered them in a half size bigger. I have two pairs of Naughty Monkey and they fit true to size. I think it was just the material and make of the shoe as to why they were uncomfortable. The sides hurt a bit too, where the two parts come together. Very cute shoes though.

Stylish to look at but a piece fell off the first day. Naughty monkey shoes are usually VERY comfortable but these aren't.

"Vintage Queen"
I wear a size 5 1/2 shoe so I had to go with a 6,I wore them the other day for the first time and found them to be a bit uncomfortable at the toe part,I guess I slid in them some and the pastic was grinding my toes and it looked like my feet were coming out of the peep toe part.. really cute shoes but i may need to figure out how to keep my feet from sliding in them.
