I bought this purse for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it. She loved the great design and lots of room inside inside the purse. As for the company that sold it, Healing Mango Gifts, I would rate them 1 star. It took three and a half weeks for delievery, and one other item I ordered from them I never received, and fought to get my money back...Altogether the purse is a high quality, nice purse that any lady would like, at a great price!

I ordered this product as well as a giraffe bag in January. I received the order about 10 days later. The zebra bag was NOT the one I ordered. I wrote to the company and was told to return it. I did at a cost of $9.00 shipping. To date I have NOT received the bag or any response to my return. I know the return was made because I received confirmation from UPS. I need help!!!!!!!

I BOUGHT THIS PURSE FOR MYSELF DUE TO NEEDING ONE OF LARGE SIZE. IT IS SO BIG THAT MY GYM CLOTHES AND SHOES CAN FIT IN IT ALONG WITH MY WALLET AND OTHER NECESSITIES I NEED.

Handbag was not as well made as expected and has strange tabs and zippers. I was disappointed in the shape when it arrived.

Love the bag, but be careful of snaps May 20, 2009

I loved this bag immediately. I had to leave it out for a couple of days for the plastic smell to go away (but then it does go away, so it was all good). I loved how this bag could convert between a smaller and larger bag opening, depending upon if the snaps on the four upper corners were snapped or not. The problem was that 2 of the corner snaps broke immediately. I have since replaced the bag, but I probably won't be unsnapping the snaps due to their weakness. It's cuter snapped anyway, but it would have been nice to have the option to use the larger opening if the need arose. So, if Gravity or the manufacturer reads this, please make the snaps stronger. I'm trying to use as little leather as possible and I really appreciate the quality of the faux leather used in this bag.
