These lace-up shoes feature lightweight breathable mesh uppers in a stylish athletic design. Excellent shock absorption and comfort is achieved with ProGrid technology, which absorbs impact, dissipates shock, and provides a seamless transition from heel through forefoot, as well as dual-density SSL EVA midsoles, which maximize rebound and durability while minimizing weight. Ortholite insoles provide improved step-in comfort with rebound properties, and the included SRC Impact Zone technology provides shock attenuation and sets the foot up for a smooth transition, while Impact Interface technology cushions and isolates heel impact. Arch Lock technology makes for a snug midfoot fit, and the included HRC Strobel Board increases cushioning and comfort. The shoe is finished with a blown-rubber XT900 outsole

I have a very bad back and am not able to jog. After trying these sneakers I am able to jog again.

I purchased the 11's a few months ago and decided I'd risk the version 10 even though there were significant changes. I always felt the 11's were just a little 'off' for my fit, but the 10's are perfect for me. I'm usually cautious about breaking in new shoes, but took them for the longest workout I've done in 8 years and had no blisters or irritations. As with all shoes, personal fit will vary a lot, but I'm planning to order a half dozen pairs before they become too hard to get a hold of.

Thanks god I realized they were falling apart around the heel area. I was getting worried about symptoms of plantar fasciitis. Normal use for me is 8km, 2-3 times a week on pavement or gravel. Under this regime they last less than 6 months. I'm not sure future models will be better, so I'll probably stay away.

I've started running again after a long layoff and since I always used to like Saucony I thought I'd give these a try. I like the shoe but if you are a heavier runner the cushioning in the heel might feel too soft, I weigh 175 and would prefer the shoe to be a bit more firm.
