I have 50 miles in this shoe so far.
Go to the Saucony web site and check the Shoe Advisor to see if the ProGrid Omni 7 is right for you. It's for moderate pronators.
It's been a few years since I ran in a Saucony, having switched to the Brooks GTS-7 because it offered better cushoning. However, after trying a pair of the ProGrid Omni 7's, they seem to have improved both the cushoning and stability/support from the Omni4 days- which was my last similar pair. Sorry- I can't compare it to the Omni6.
I find the fit excellent for me, being a bit narrower in the heal and a bit wider in the toe box than most. I also like where the pronation support hits my foot- a little to the rear of my arch, so it feels a bit more effective. However, the Omni7 isn't as roomy in the toebox area as older Sauconys- so you might be a bit wary of that if you have a wider forefoot.
Oh- buy a 1/2 size larger. They run small.
By all accounts, an outstanding running shoe. I'll update this review after 250 miles to comment on how well they lasted. See ya' in 6 months.

I was so happy to find this shoe. I had owned a pair of the same shoe before these and really liked the arch support. The toe box was a nice fit as well yet the shoe fit snugly. I was able to wear the shoe right out of the box and didn't get any blisters or hot spots. I'm a 200 pound runner and I find that these shoes offer adequate cushioning and aren't really heavy. I tried the Omni 8, which is the latest model, and I found that there were some tweaks in the shoe construction that were very uncomfortable. I hope to find another pair for when these wear out.

This is the first Saucony sneaker I've ever purchased.
Always used to NB or Asics (my favorite).
I am quite pleased with Saucony.
I am not a heavy runner and I ware this sneaker daily for walking and to gym.
Surprisingly, this shoe is more fitting and have a great cushioning (compare to Asic).
Everyone have different requirement but this is a great & comfy sneaker at great price for daily use.

Love these running shoes! Very comfortable, fit good, look great! Good for walking, working out in the gym and of course, jogging. I get Saucony 1/2 size larger than my usual size and then they fit perfect!
