Description:

The Saucony 3D Grid Resolve running shoes are specially designed for overpronators. These kicks employ state of the art Sacuony footwear technology to minimize the moments of pronation by reducing the rotation transmitted up the lower leg and thus helping to reduce the risk of injuries such as shin splints or "Runner's Knee". This pair of shoes features: Airmesh upper has the dual effect of keeping the foot cool through ventilation whilst also promoting evaporation as sweat is wicked from the skin. Padded collar and tongue for comfort. Dual-density "Impulse" EVA midsole, the Impulse portion provides extra cushioning and absorbs impact better, while de Dual-density controls the maximum angle of overpronation. Arch-Lock system for added excessive pronation control. HRC Strobel Board running the full length of the shoe, underneath the sockliner, increases cushioning and step-in comfort.3D Grid forms a platform on the heel area for heel strike cushioning and shock absorption. Molded Rubber Outsole offer solid traction and miles of durability. You and I both know that wearing high quality shoes is extremely important to keep your feet, joints and back healthy for years to come. 5No more sore knees!  May 31, 2010
By Stacy H. "Lit Lady"
I bought these shoes one year ago, after meeting with a personal trainer and discussing the possibility of having to give up running! I love running and the thought of having to quit would have been devastating, but I could not continue to do the damage to my knees that running was causing.

I never knew that I had a problem with flat feet and over-pronation. When the trainer explained this to me and recommended a shoe designed to correct this problem, I thought it was just a gimmick to get me to buy an expensive shoe, but figured I had nothing to lose. I bought the Saucony Womens Grid Resolve Motion Control Running Shoe and tried it.

I also thought that at best, I'd slowly have to get used to it (because it is a much thicker sole than I'm used to) and that my sore knees might slowly begin to improve, but after the first use and my first run in them, I was shocked at how well I did. I did not get a single blister (which I have experienced with every other new running shoe), my knees did NOT ache after my run, and I didn't even have any soreness in my body!

I will definitely buy these shoes again. I just hope they don't decide to change up the design and name, making it more difficult to find them when it comes time to buy a new pair.

5Comfy shoes  Dec 02, 2010
By Melodee A. Taylor
I wore my first pair of these until they were completely worn out (for years). This is my second pair and I and consider them my favorite pair. I would buy them, again. I have a bad ankle, and these shoes make it easier to walk.

1Not the same shoe as the first one I had  Dec 09, 2011
By meggarsmom
I work in a factory on concrete 8 hours a day, I had a pair of these shoes that were great, wore them every day for work. So decided I would purchase the same one. Found that after wearing the second pair of shoes it would become painful to walk on my right leg, it seems the footbed is uneven. Not uncomfortable wearing around the house but on a long walk it is like my foot uneven and twisting when I walk. I don't understand it and maybe the next pair would work but will be staying away from these!

5No pain for a severe overpronator  Nov 12, 2011
By Marilyn Sullivan
I have been wearing Brooks Addiction shoes for years. I started having some problems with pain in my toes. I decided I needed to try something different. I use these shoes for walking, not running.
I am a severe overpronator and I wore these shoes all day (10,000 steps) and when I took them off at night my feet were in good shape. That is saying a lot, since I normally experience foot pain every day due to a neurological problem. They have a sturdy feel to them and are not flexible, so if you're looking for that, beware.
They do fit a little too loosely in the heel, but I have that problem with most shoes. I ordered a 9W because my forefoot is fairly wide. (Normally it depends on the shoe whether I need a wide or not.)
I also love the fact that these shoes have red accents. Just my personal taste.

2not up to snuff !  Oct 07, 2011

I purchased this item and I must say I am not satisfied. The right foot fits well but the left does not and I experience pain when I start and finish my exercises.
