Comfortable and stylish, but only average quality Oct 13, 2009
By Nathan Beauchamp

I love the style of these shoes. They're very comfortable, nice looking, and go fantastically with jeans, cargos, or even khakis. I've been wearing them for about 6 months and have to say I'm not entirely pleased with how they've worn. The leather exterior has gotten pretty scuffed and cracked despite the fact that I've really taken care of them. The interior has also gotten a little worse for wear with the sole losing some of it's support. That's probably my complaint with Sketchers shoes in general; they look fantastic but tend to wear out more quickly than standard athletic shoes. I'd still buy these shoes again though as I love the way they look.

Great Shoe - Quality is fine! Nov 25, 2011
By Daniel J. Galvin I bought a pair of these over a year and a half ago from DSW to use as "dress-up" shoes for going out to the club/bar. Turns out they are extremely versatile. If you just want to wear a t-shirt and jeans you can rock these without looking too dressy. Conversely, if you're going out for a night on the town they won't seem too casual either. The only thing I can't seem to make them work with is shorts, but to be fair, it's just a personal preference. I have seen dudes wear these with shorts and it looked pretty good. Also, I have read some complaints on Amazon about the quality (or lack thereof) and I have to respectfully disagree. These things have been a staple for me for close to two years (including going to crowded bars where they are stepped on repeatedly) and aside from some scuffs, the only evidence of their age is the little nubs on the bottom have basically worn down to nothing. Obviously it would be nice if they remained in like-new condition forever but that's not realistic, hence no stars were deducted. The only downside (which may be an upside for some people) is that they have become pretty popular and thus, have become fairly common. Every time I go out now it seems like I see one or two other guys wearing them.

great looking shoes at a good price Feb 01, 2011
By Patricia McCulloch These are good looking, wear well, and are extremely comfortable for my tall husband, who wears a size 13. A good value, as they last and still look dressy after many wears. I would buy these again!

Good looking shoes but low quality Jul 10, 2009

I love the look of this shoes..classy and elegant for a pair of sneakers but after wearing them only 2 weeks the inside wore off significantly. On my other shoes usually the inside wear off after 2-3 months, I did not expect to wear it off so fast on this pair and even the outside sole show sign of wears after few weeks.
