I bought these for my daughter in a smaller size, and when she grew out of them, I purchased another pair. These are the best spring/summer sandals. They have faux buckles, which are actually velcro tabs. This makes life easier for mom and dad. They also come in an extra wide (XW) size, which my daughter needs. You pay more for Stride Rite shoes, but you can tell they are made better than other brands.

I really love these sandals. They are high quality and sturdy. They run a little on the big side I found.

YEs my daughter likes them but her likes and dislikes are not really relevant in a product review.
The shoes are well made and as pointed out elsewhere have a false buckle whereby the strap is attached by velcro. The velcro fastening is important as it means our 2 1/2 year old can put them on without any help.
The inner footbed seems durable and even when covered in dust etc has responded well to a wet cloth.
The fisherman style helps protect the toes somewhat while the pink flowers add a little decorative touch
As with most Stride Rite products we feel the sizing is accurate - at least in the wide fitting we purchased

This is a very cute sandal. My 20 month old daughter wears this shoe when she has outfits which are more dressy. Great shoe!

Let's see, she grabbed the shoes, threw off her other pair, and ran away giggling in these. I'd say they're a success!
