Runs larger, but nice boot Aug 18, 2010

Really nice boots with a nice slick heel area to make putting on and taking off the boots much easier. Nice sturdy steel toe doesn't crush and soles are comfortable. Didn't review these with 5 stars because they run large compared to other shoes, I wear a size 11, but they were much looser than other boots. With no laces to tighten them up, they end up sliding around. Seem to be waterproof, but I haven't really had to walk around in water all day long, just the occasional walking through a couple inches of water. If you purchase these, you may want to go with a half size or full size smaller.

I have had these boots for 7 months now. I do construction and operate heavy equipment in all conditions. These boots keep my feet dry even tracking through mud and water. They boots fit true to size, and they have excellent support. I can work in these for 12 hours a day and they dont bother me...thats something that is very rare for me. These boots have great grip in all conditions. I plan to buy another set soon as a spare set.

The boots are what they are. There is a flaw with the pair we ordered, the left boot has released itself from the hell so they are difficult to get on and off. Also uncomfortable to wear. It is an obvious design flaw since this occured two days later. I called the company and was give all sorts of excuses as to how to remedy this problem and that thye would not stand behind the product. I will not be ordering from this company again. I happy with the way Amazon handled business though.

I work in the oilfield on a drilling rig and this is the second pair of these boots I've owned.
I have size 15 feet and its hard to find comfortable shoes let alone boots. I can say that for working 12-16 hour shifts these are great even without a insert and put little to any stress on my feet.
The last pair I had lasted me for 6 months working in inverted drilling fluid and I never got my feet wet once, even though I was working floors and doing a lot of muck jobs in water and other fluids.
The only problem I had was the toe of the boot wearing out but this time i'm going the put on some toe protectant and that shouldn't be a problem. Even with the toe worn through, the way they designed these boots, they still stayed waterproof and comfortable.

I bought them for my husband he loved them very comfordable and good quality i hope they last long they arrived very fast
