I wore these one time, to a function where I sat most of the day & they rubbed blisters on both heels instantly. Cute but very uncomfortable. I returned them.

These shoes run a bit big and wide, making them fit poorly. I may have been better off ordering them a half size smaller than I normally wear. The shoe heel does not grip the heels of my feet. I've tried both Scholl's foam rubber and gel heel inserts for them and neither fix the issue completely. They seem to be well made other than the heel issue, and I like the width in the toe box compared to similar styles by other brands. I just expected more from Clarks.
