Well-made shoe, cute, and the size is accurate. However, the holes and "rope' (elastic band) at the heel digs in constantly. I cut the elastic band and retied it away from the heel.
Made in China.

I'm disapointed, these shoes are very cute I love the look. However, they are really uncomfortable I;ve worn them once and they rubbed my poor heels raw. I tried to break down the back of the shoes to soften them to no avail. I won't be wearing them again, I wasted my money!

These are really cute shoes and I love them, but one shoe rubs my ankle. I don't know if wearing them awhile will change this, but I may have to wear them with a sock to solve the problem. The color goes with everything and they seem to run true to size. Just wish they were a little more comfy.

I ordered two pair of Clarks shoes, both in a size 9. One pair fit, but the Rope Swing shoe was too big. I could stick an index finger in the heel portion of the shoe. Other than that, they're cute and comfortable, but I don't think I'll be keeping the Rope Swing shoes.

I normally do not wear flats because I never thought they were attractive enough or comfortable enough, but I decided 'why not'. One of the best decisions I ever made, I love these flats, they are both cute and comfortable. Size is perfect, I recommend them highly.
